Happy New Year 2011!
So the year 2011 is here! I’m really excited about the year ahead! At the same time, as I take down the old calendar from the wall, I cannot help but look back at the year that we had left behind…
To me the 2010 was an interesting year… First, I had to face myself and honestly admit that what I had been pursuing for the past 5+ years with a lot of dedication, hopes, and affection as “my own online business”… had, unfortunately, brought me nowhere. I was at a dead end. In order for things to change, I had to change what I was doing.
Then came the hardest part, as I had to step outside of my cozy online world and do a lot of researching, evaluating, studying… I am grateful for this phase though, as it gave me a much, broader perspective and a much better understanding of Internet marketing than what “I thought I knew” before.
I also realized that the essence of Internet Marketing really boils down to a few very simple concepts. It’s NOT that difficult! And you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. If you simply follow some basic, but ‘correct’ steps, things will start happening on their own!
I did just that (starting from May 17, 2010), and by December 31, 2010 I’ve made my first “4-figure income”. 
Nothing to write home about yet, but it’s just undeniable solid proof that simple basic things do work.

So whatever you do online, I wish for you to find your ‘correct’ focus on the things that make your online business easy and efficient, and profitable, and worth your while. And I hope you achieve everything you want both in your personal and business life.

What I am currently doing online is Affiliate Marketing. You are asking if it can be duplicated… Of course, it can. The only thing that I would like you to understand is that affiliate marketing is not a “program” or even a “system”, it’s a business model, a set of principles… In a nutshell, there are people who sell things and there are people who want to buy things. An affiliate marketer is just a “middleman”, a “match-maker” who brings the buyer and the seller together. Can it be duplicated? Sure, it can. But it also depends on a lot of things – each person’s skills, budget, time, personality, mindset, etc. I wish you the best of success in your online endeavors!
